Heat pan and pour cooking oil and fry the chicken until golden brown.Set aside.

In another pan add cooking oil and sautee onion until soft then the bell pepper and pineapple.Mix well then pour the sauce.Simmer it and back in the chicken.

Mix well and simmer until the sauce thickens.
