Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 1/2 cupurad dal
  3. 1/2 cupmoong dal
  4. 1/4 cupsaboodana
  5. 1/4 cupchanadal
  6. 1 cuppoha jada
  7. 2 tspmethi seeds
  8. Salt to
  9. as neededOil
  10. Chutney, potato subji and sambhar for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the ingredients except salt and oil and wash it well and soak it for five hours.

    Grind it in a mixi jar smoothly
    Mix it well with your hands,cover and keep it for fermentation overnight.

  3. 3

    Next day add salt and mix it well, heat tava smear oil and pour laddle full of prepared batter and spread it drip oil to the edges and cook till nice golden colour.

    Serve with sambhar, chutney and potato subji.
