Ingredients

  1. 5irish potatoes
  2. 3fresh tomatoes big
  3. 2fresh pepper big
  4. 1onion bulb medium
  5. 2eggs
  6. 2 cupsvegetable oil
  7. 1 cubeMaggi
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1 teaspooncurry

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel irish potatoes

  2. 2

    Wash again after peeling and shread.sprinkle salt on the potatoes

  3. 3

    Put pan on the fire and add the vegetable oil and allow to heat for 3mins.

    Add the irish potatoes and stir for 5mins until it is done.

    Then drain the oil and keep irish chips aside

  6. 6

    Wash tomatoes, pepper and onious.slice tomatoes, chop pepper and onious keep separately

  7. 7

    Break egg and stir for 4 mins.

  8. 8

    Irish potatoes chips and egg sauce is ready
