  1. 6eggs
  2. 180 gflour
  3. 180 gsugar
  4. 4lemons (juice)
  5. 75 gsugar
  6. 75 gbutter
  7. 4egg yolks
  8. 4egg whites
  9. 190 gsugar
  10. 1/2 teaspoonlemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Make sponge by mixing eggs and sugar, then add flour and whisk gently. Bake at 200'C for 30 minutes, rest for a night before cutting

    Make lemon curd with zest of 2 lemons, 117 g of lemon juice, egg yolks, butter and sugar heated in one pan till they get the thick substance. Cool down before using.

    Make Swiss meringue with 4 yolks, lemon juice and sugar.
