Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped Amaranth leaves
  2. 1green chilli chopped
  3. 1medium onion chopped
  4. Ginger chopped
  5. 1/4 cuprice flour
  6. 1 cupwheat flour
  7. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil to fry

    In mixing bowl,add Amaranth leaves chopped ginger and chopped green chilli and onion.

    Add turmeric,salt and rice flour mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now add wheat flour and mix it well without using water so that all gets combined well.

  4. 4

    Now add water in little quantity in batch wise and form thick flowable batter.

  5. 5

    Now heat the paddu pan greeze with oil. Add batter and cook both side. Serve with hot with chutney.
