Ingredients

Serves 2-3 servings
  1. 1/2onion
  2. 200 gground meat (beef and pork mix)
  3. 1 packor can of soybeans
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Lettuce, as much as you like
  6. Tomato or cherry tomatoes, as much as you like
  7. 1avocado
  8. Cheese, as much as you like
  9. Sauce ingredients
  10. 3 tablespoonsketchup
  11. 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  12. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  13. 1 teaspoonsugar
  14. 1 teaspoonchili powder
  15. 1 clovegarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Mince 1 clove of garlic and sauté it in 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant.

    Add minced onion and soybeans to step 1 and sauté over medium heat.

    Once step 2 is cooked, add ground meat and salt and pepper, and sauté over medium heat until the meat is cooked through. If oil appears, wipe it off with a paper towel.

    Add all the sauce ingredients to step 3 and sauté until the liquid evaporates.
