You can easily make authentic taco rice using chili powder and seasonings you have at home! Adding soybeans gives it a nice texture and makes it filling. It's also a great way to get your veggies, so it's recommended for dieting ❤︎
Cooking Instructions

Mince 1 clove of garlic and sauté it in 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant.

Add minced onion and soybeans to step 1 and sauté over medium heat.

Once step 2 is cooked, add ground meat and salt and pepper, and sauté over medium heat until the meat is cooked through. If oil appears, wipe it off with a paper towel.

Add all the sauce ingredients to step 3 and sauté until the liquid evaporates.

Place rice on a plate, top with lettuce, tomatoes, step 4, avocado, and cheese, then microwave for 1-2 minutes. It's ready to serve!
