Ingredients

  1. 3full cup already washed bitterleaf
  2. 8medium cocoyam
  3. 2 tablespooncrayfish
  4. 6maggi cube
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 5fresh pepper(blended)
  7. 1/2onion bulb (blended)
  8. 2 tablespoonpalm oil
  9. 1kilo beef
  10. 2cup kpomo chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Get clean pot,wash beef,kpomo with salt and put inside the pot,add little salt and maggi add water boil for 20 min

  2. 2

    In another pot wash cocoyam boil until it becomes very soft,peel the back and pound it in a mortar with the palm oil until it becomes paste.

    Add pepper,onion crayfish to the first pot for 3 min,then add the cocoyam paste untill it dissoves.

    Wash bitter again very well and add to the soup pot and stir allow for 4 min.

    Soup is ready so easy to prepare and delicious.

    Can be eaten with fufu,semo or eba.
