Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1-1/3 poundground sirloin
  2. 1small onion diced
  3. 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  4. 1/4 cupbutter
  5. 1/2 teaspoonground allspice
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/4 cuptoasted pine nuts
  8. 1/4 cupchopped parsley
  9. 1/4 cupraisins
  10. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  11. 6 slicespita Bread

Cooking Instructions

    Toast the pine nuts.

  2. 2

    Add butter and onions.

  3. 3

    Add raisins

  4. 4

    Add sirloin add all the rest of the ingredients

  5. 5

    Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Toast the pita Bread, I used open flame from the stove top

  7. 7

    Serve I hope you enjoy!

    This is the low carb version. If it were cooked traditionally add rice and broth and cook till the rice is done.
