Ingredients

30mins
5 servings
  1. 1 packspaghetti
  2. 1cksp veg oil
  3. 2red bell pepper diced
  4. 2green bell pepper diced
  5. 3cksp blended fresh tomotoes and pepper
  6. 1bulb onions diced
  7. 2knorr cube
  8. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up enough water in a big pot, add a little salt and a tablespoon of veg oil

  2. 2

    Once the water is boiling hot add spaghetti into the water and allow it cook for about 12mins, turn off heat and drain spaghetti

  3. 3

    Heat up frying pan, add cooking oil and a little salt and onions after stirfrying for about 2mins pour in the tomatoes paste and stir continously

  4. 4

    Once the sour taste is gone, add knorr cube, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and stir in the spaghetti, mix the sauce and the spaghetti together

  5. 5

    Stir in additional salt if need be, you can add curry powder, allow it cook for another 5mins and turn off heat.

    Serve with chicken.
