  1. 1medium cup of ogbono (blended)
  2. 5medium spoon of blended crayfish
  3. 5fresh pepper (blended)
  4. 1 bunchvegetable (ugwu leaf)
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 3 cubesmaggi
  7. 1medium bulb onion
  8. 4medium tablespoon of vegetable oil
  9. 1kilo beef
  10. stock fish

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your beef and stock fish with warm salty water.. put in a clean pot and seasoning with maggi,onion,pepper and salt.. allow to cook for 5min..

    Wash your vegetable with salty water... slice and set aside..

    Add 3cups of water to your boiling pot of beef... pour in your blended ogbono and stir.. pour in your vegetable and oil.. stir and allow to cook for 5min..

    Your ogbono is ready.. it can be served with semovita,garri,or fufu..
