#healthyjunior - Noodles Cutlet are just the right snack menu for the kids. They are a hot favourite for any in-house kids party too. Any leftover noodles too can be used to dish out this amazing treat and it will be gone in no time. These yummy cutlets can be served with green chutney, ketchup or mayonnaise. You can go ahead and add any finely chopped veggies of your choice, cheese, paneer or even oats to make them more healthy and to enhance the flavour.

Ingredients

  1. 1 packetMaggi noodles, boiled
  2. 1potato, boiled & mashed
  3. 2-3 tbsp.besan / chickpea flour
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1 inchginger chopped finely
  6. 2green chilies chopped
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1 pktmaggi tastemaker
  9. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tsp.chaat masala (dry mango powder)
  13. as neededcoriander & mint leaves chopped
  14. as neededoil to shallow fry

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, take boiled & mashed potatoes, besan, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander & mint leaves, onion, ginger, fresh chilies, garam masala, chaat masala & maggi tastemaker.

    Mix well. Add the boiled noodles and combine together. Form into equal size balls and flatten them.

    Coat with bread crumbs and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Heat a little oil and shallow fry them in batches on both sides till golden brown in colour. You can also deep fry them

    Serve them hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
