Ingredients

18 servings
  1. 2 cupsr white cornmeal
  2. 1 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  3. 1/3 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  4. 1/2 cupcubed colby jack cheddar cheese
  5. 1 tspground black pepper
  6. 1nonstick spray as needed
  7. 1/3 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  8. 15 ozcan of evaporated milk
  9. 1/3 cupsugar
  10. 2 tspbutter melted
  11. 1 tspkosher salt
  12. 2large eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 450° Fahrenheit heat cast iron pan till hot spray with nonstick sprinkle ground black pepper on bottom of pan

    Mix all the rest of ingredients together but the butter, cubed cheese, and kosher salt save for later

  3. 3

    After mixing well pour into pan add cubed cheese on top bake in oven 20-25 minutes or till done check center with toothpicks stick in if it comes up clean then its done

    When done brush on butter on the top and sprinkle salt on top

  5. 5
