Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add canola oil, jalapeno, garlic, sesame seeds, and cumin seeds. Saute for 10 minutes stirring occasionally to toast seeds and flavor the oil.
- 2
Remove the jalapeno and set aside. Increase the heat to medium and add the carrots and ground pork. Cook until pork is completely cooked through, then remove as much of residual fat as possible.
- 3
Stir in curry paste, coconut milk, salt, and peas. Return jalapeno and simmer entire mixture for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
- 4
Serve over white rice.

Eggplant and Ground Pork Curry Eggplant and Ground Pork Curry
I rearranged an eggplant curry recipe, which my friend taught me.Even my kids who don't like eggplant ate this dish up.This is easy, so there are no tips. Anyone will be able to cook it up.It's a little bit spicy, so you can reduce the amount of garlic, ginger, and curry powder, and add more ketchup for kids. You can also use pre-grated garlic and ginger from a tube. For 4 servings. Recipe by Nonru cookpad.japan -
Colorful Ground Pork and Vegetable Curry Colorful Ground Pork and Vegetable Curry
I wanted to eat delicious curry cooked with a small amount of ground meat and plenty of vegetables!!This dish has smooth texture, but it's satisfying. The flavour of this dish goes well with spinach, tomatoes, edamame, kabocha, sweet potatoes, (any kind of vegetable, basically) so it's a good recipe to have around. Minced Meat Curry Minced Meat Curry
Not requiring a long time to simmer is a great help. This time, I used a mixture of ground beef and pork, but you can use whatever minced meat you like. It's nice with mushrooms, too. In Step 2, if you have time, it's best to brown the onion. If you do so, you don't need to use honey. I didn't have much time, so I used it. For 5-6 servings. Recipe by Shampoo hat cookpad.japan -

Another recipe I create on my own. I love to try varieties and somehow it turn out well. Hubby said his tummy is happy and that why he reluctantly have meal outside. He is a family man and he prefer to have food at home. And I am more than happy to cook all the meal because it is my hobby too 😃 no artificial flavor only salt and brown sugar. Betsy -
Red curry pork noodles Red curry pork noodles
The past few months, it's been all about Indian-style curries in our house, so the time seemed right to get back to some Thai-inspired flavours. Normally I would've made my own curry paste, but having been Halloween, time was at a premium and convenience won out. The recipe below is pretty mild heat-wise (for my daughter), so feel free to throw a chili or two into the mix to spice it up. Robert Gonzal
