Ingredients

  1. 1/3 lbbulk sausage
  2. 3 lbyellow crook neck squash
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  5. 1/4 cupdehydrated onions
  6. 1 tbspmargarine
  7. 1nonstick spray

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan. Spray with nonstick spray.

    Add the squash let cook 7 minutes. there should be a lot of liquid in pan, if so, drain it.

    Add sausage, salt and garlic. Cover let cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

    Add onions. Mix well cook till onions are tender. Add margarine. If the squash caramelizes, this is awesome. That's what you want to happen.

    After all liquid is gone mix well and let sit 3 minutes serve. Hope you enjoy!
