Cooker mein 2glass pani palak,khatti palak leaves,hari mirch kati, namak, chanadaal dal kar pkaayen.ek whistle ke baad flame slow kar dein aur 10 mint pakaane ke baad gas off kar dein aur halka s mash kar dein..

Besan ko pani mein ghoolen aur saag mein dal dein..flame on karein aur 20/25 mint slow anch mein pakne dein..beech beech mein chalati bhi rahen taki bottom mein lage nahi.

Roti ke liye flour ke dough garam pani s banayen aur khoob maslen.hath s ya polithene sheet mein loi rakh kar bdi karein aur medium anch par sek lein..
