Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground beef
  2. 3eggs
  3. 3 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  4. 1/4 cupworcestershire sauce
  5. 1/4 cupzesty Italian dressing
  6. 4 clovegarlic minced
  7. 1 smallonion, chopped
  8. 2 packagessub buns
  9. banana peppers
  10. cheese of your choice ( I used mozzarella )
  11. oil for pan frying

Cooking Instructions

    combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, Italian dressing, garlic, and onion in mixing bowl and mix well

    form into golf ball size meatballs.

    heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a pan over med high heat

  4. 4

    pan fry meatballs until browned on the outside

  5. 5

    remove from pan and place in cock pot and cover with spaghetti sauce. ( I was short on time so I put these in a roasting pan and baked them in the oven )

    cook in crockpot in med heat 2-3 hrs or until meatballs are done or in oven at 350 got 45 min to a hour

    once meatballs are done remove from oven.

    place buns in a cookie sheet and full with meatballs and sauce.

    top subs with banana peppers and cheese

  10. 10

    return subs to 350 oven until cheese melts

  11. 11

    eat and enjoy!

I like the recipe, but i almost missed adding the spaghetti sauce in. Please add the speghatti sauce to the list of ingrediants then it will he awesome!
