Cooking Instructions

Soak abacha with warm water for 10mins.

Heat up frying up.pour in the palmoil

Bleach for 2mins.slice in onion and fry for 30seconds.

Add salt,ogiri and pepper.fry for few seconds.

Cut and wash the fish.place in the oven for 25mins.

But always turn at 10 mins to heat up very well.

Pour in the ugba stir and pour in the abacha.
- 8
Fry for 40seconds.
