Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl- juicy mango pulp
  2. 1/2 cup- grated paneer
  3. 1small onion - chopped
  4. 2 tablespoon- cornflour
  5. 2boiled - potatoes
  6. 5-6- garlic cloves
  7. 1green chilli
  8. 1/2 cup Kaju - kishmish -,cut it into small pieces
  9. 5-6badam chopped
  10. 1 tablespoon- oil for cooking
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First of all take a bowl and put grated paneer in it

    Add boiled & mashed potatoes

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion, garlic chopped and salt and cornflour

  4. 4

    Mix well and make a soft dough

  5. 5

    Make medium paneer balls

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a kadai for frying

  7. 7

    Fry all paneer balls

  8. 8

    Keep aside.

    Take mango pulp and grind it smoothly.

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan

  11. 11

    Add chopped garlic and saute for 2 minutes

    Add mango pulp and salt

  13. 13

    Boil it for 2 minutes

  14. 14

    Remove it from the heat

  15. 15

    Take a bowl and put it paneer balls in it

  16. 16

    Then pour delicious mango dip in paneer balls

  17. 17

    Garnish with dry fruits and serve it.
