  1. Small cabbage
  2. 4 tablespoonPsyllium husk
  3. 1/2 cupOgbono
  4. 1cookingspoon palm oil
  5. Dry fish
  6. 200 grambeef
  7. Salt
  8. Seasoning
  9. Crayfish

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and blend the cabbage with little water possible

  2. 2

    Pour in a small pot and add the psyllium husk and mix well. Then put on fire and keep stirring until it all comes together and feels smooth

  3. 3

    Making the soup, boil the meat and fish with salt and seasoning until almost cooked and add palm oil

  4. 4

    Put the crayfish and add the ogbono. Then stir well and let it cook
