  2. 1and a half cup sugar
  3. 1 cuporange juice
  4. 1half cup vegetable oil
  5. 1spoon lemon zest
  6. 1spoon orange zest
  7. 3table spoons baking powder
  8. 3 cupflour
  9. 1vanilla

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl beat the eggs then add the sugar and mix them well together until the sugar is nearly dissolved.

    Then add the orange juice, orange zest, lemon zest, oil, baking powder, a small amount of vanilla and mix them well together.

    Finally add the flour and blend well.

    Optional: add walnuts in the mix

    Optional: make an orange sauce by adding the zest of one orange to one cup of orange juice with 4 table spoons of sugar bring them to a biol on a medium heat and when they thicken a little add one table spoon of butter and mi well wait until it cools and becomes like room temperature pour it on the top of the cake
