Ingredients

  1. Full bunch leaves Oha
  2. 2cooking spoon Cocoyam
  3. Salt
  4. 3 cubesMaggi
  5. 2cooking spoon Palm oil
  6. 1wrap ogiri
  7. 1 teaspoonuziza seed
  8. 1/4 kgBeef
  9. 1Stock fish
  10. 3cooking spoon Crayfish
  11. 4 piecesyellow pepper
  12. Halfonion

Cooking Instructions

    Pick the oha leaves and cut,wash it and keep.

  2. 2

    Blend the crayfish,yellow pepper with uziza seeds.

  3. 3

    Boil the meat together with stockfish with maggi cubes,salt and onion for about 25-30minutes.add the palmoil and more water for the cooking.

    And boil it for 10minutes.sprinkle the dry cocoyam and stir vigourously so that there wont be lumps.

    Add the ogiri and then boil for 10mins.the soup will be thicken by now,add maggi cubes,crayfish,fresh pepper and uziza seed.

    Afyer 10minutes,add the oha leaves.stir it very well allow it to boil for 2mins and is ready.
