Okinawa is known for having the longest life expectancy in Japan. I went to Okinawa for my school trip and learned about its healthy traditional food and cooking methods that are still used these days. I learned that people in Okinawa eat lots of tofu and that's one of the reasons why they have the longest life expectancy. So I came up with this recipe which is healthy, easy to cook, and delicious! You can also make this with regular tofu so please try it out!
