Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add curd,then curd smooth add besan,salt mix well add water make a batter take rest for 1hour.

After one hour take a cooker add water,water boil then gas slow.

Take a cake tin greased with oil.

Then besan batter add eno mix well and pour in cake tin immediately.

Then steamed in 20 minutes without whistle.

Take a pan add oil,oil heat add mustard seeds,curry leaves crackle add water and sugar boil them.

Dhokla r cool de mould the dhokle and cut in pcs sprinkle sugar water and green coriander.

Serve tasty 2 dhokla.
