Ingredients

  1. 1 kggoat meat
  2. Halfkg beef
  3. 2medium sized dry fish
  4. Halfcup of grounded crayfish
  5. 1 cuppalm oil
  6. Yellow fresh pepper
  7. 2 cupsperiwinkle
  8. 1 cupshredded stock fish
  9. 3knorr cubes
  10. 10 piecesuziza leaf
  11. 3 tablespoonsgrounded ofor for thickening

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your meat, put in the pot, then season with knorr cube and salt then start cook. Add the stock fish when is almost ready then boil till done.

    Next top up the meat stock with two litre of water then start to cook, add palm oil and cook for five minutes.

    Next add the dry fish and pepper then cook for about fifteen minutes.

    Then add crayfish and of or and allow to start thickening.

  5. 5

    When it has almost thickened to tour desired consistency, add the periwinkle and shredded uziza leaf then cook for five minutes, by now it must have thickened.

    Taste and adjust then bring down
