Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/2 cupplain yogurt
  4. As neededmargarine or salted butter, melted

Cooking Instructions

    Add flour and baking powder to the bowl. Stir well. Add yogurt. Mix well then knead until the mixture is not sticky. If the mixture is still sticky, add 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon of flour. Knead until the mixture looks smooth.

    Divide the dough into 6 parts then round each of them.
    Roll out the dough until it's very thin with diameter about 8-9 inch. Brush the surface with melted butter (only 1 side is smeared).

    Heat the non-stick pan with medium heat.

  4. 4

    Place the dough into the pan. The side with butter faces down. Leave for 2-3 minutes, then flip it over. Bake until the other side that is now facing down is golden brown.
