Cooking Instructions

Put one cup of flour and one cup of water in a bowl.

Knead your dough for a good ten minutes on a flat surface until it is flat and shiny. If it is sticky, and more flour, and if it is too dry & cracking, add more water. Liberally powder your workspace and your hands to make kneading easier.

After the initial kneading, create a space in the middle and put chocolate powder, coconut powder and pistachios to taste.

Knead until the ingredients are spread in the dough.

Split your dough into four patty-shaped chunks.

Heat a pan (without any oil) and cook each side for around two minutes.

After it is done, spread chocolate and sprinkle coconut flakes liberally.
