Cooking Instructions

Cut, wash, season and marinate chicken meat with seasoning cubes and salt....put in a pot and boil until fairly cooked. Drain out the meat from the stock and set aside.

Fry the cooked chicken in hot vegetable oil until tender, set aside.

Roughly blend fresh pepper, ginger, garlic together. Avoid adding to much water (to aid the frying process)

In a separate pot, add vegetable oil, add some onions and fry dry the blended fresh pepper into a pepper sauce. Add some seasoning/salt. Stir together.

Deep the fried chicken in the pepper sauce and lay on a tray covered with newspaper or serviette to absorb the oil from the meat.

Your mouth watering peppered chicken is ready.
