    Pick ur beans and wash then par boil for 15min then drain the water rinse again then put in pressure pot with grinded pepper,crayfish, Palm oil,knorr cube and onion. Cover and cook for 20min.

    Peel ur plantain slice and fry in hot oil. Then serve with ur beans
