Ingredients

    Properly wash and marinate the meat using the spices and seasoning cube(5-10mins). Put it on fire to steam for about 10mins, add onions and a little water or the desired quantity of water and allow to cook till tender. When soft, remove meat from the broth.

    Put Oil on fire and fry the meat and set aside.

    Put oil on fire to fry the blended pepper. Add part of the ginger and garlic, spice salt and seasoning cube

    When fried add the fried chicken and mix well. Allow on low heat for few mins. Garnish with onions and green pepper.

    Properly wash and cut the vegetables. Slightly parboil the rice and wash.

    Add the meat broth to the water needed to cook the rice. Add spices, seasoning cube, the cut pepper,salt, Ginger and garlic, a little oil and allow to boil.

    Add the rice and allow to cook. N.B,the water used to cook the rice should just be the quality that will soften the rice to a chewable and eatable level,it should not be soo soft.

    When rice is ready, drop and put oil on fire to fry the vegetables and sweet corn. Add spices and seasoning cube.

    When slightly soft, add the rice and uniformly mix on low heat.

    Food is ready! Yummy!!! Dress with cucumber
