Palak paneer with onion and garlic

Cooking Instructions

Wash and cut spinach leaves (palak). Keep aside

Grind Green chilli and ginger make a paste. Boiled spinach leaves.. Grind smooth paste..

Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds when cumin seeds sprinkle than add green chilli or ginger paste turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato puree... Saute for 30 second add ghee,palak puree and Salt mix well add 1 1/2 glass water cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add paneer cubes and mix well... Cook for 2 minutes.add Garam masala...or fresh cream.

Serve hot. With chapati, Paratha, puri.
