Ingredients

  1. 2cups
  2. 5 tbspnSugar (or to taste)
  3. 3 tbspnButter
  4. 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 2tspn Yeast
  6. 1egg
  7. 1/3 cupShredded coconut
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. Vanilla and coconut flavor
  10. Dashcolour (optional)
  11. 1/2Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly proof your yeast and set aside.

    In a bowl shift in four.

  3. 3

    Add in sugar,salt,coconut, butter and give it a good mix.

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl crack in your egg,flavour and mix it very well.

    Pour the egg mixture on your flour mixture with warm water, give it a good mix to form a dough. at this stage u can add colour (optional)

    Cover it and let it rise in warm place.

    Cut it to your desire shape. Transfer it to the oily bowl cover it and let it rise for at least 40mins or until it double in size.

    Grease your pan and arrange the bread. After you arrange it sprinkle some coconut on it and bake.

    Preheat your oven for 15min and Bake it for 15 to 20mins and enjoy.
