Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupfinely Chopped Cabbage
  2. 1 Cupgrated Carrot
  3. 1/2 Cupchopped Onion
  4. 1 Tspn Lemon juice
  5. 1 Tspn Ginger Garlic paste
  6. 2 Tspn Salt
  7. 2 Tspn Black pepper powder
  8. 1 Tspn Oil
  9. 2 CupWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, onion and saute it till becomes golden brown. Now add chopped Cabbage, grated carrots cook for 2 minutes.

    Now add water, lemon juice,salt, black pepper powder and cook for 5-10 minutes.

    Serve the Hot Veg Clear Soup.
