Ingredients

  1. 3big tubers of sweet potatoes
  2. 1big onion bulb
  3. 6 piecesyellow fresh peppers
  4. 1 cupcrayfish
  5. 1 cupugba (oil bean)
  6. 3 cupswashed and sliced ugu leaves
  7. 2 tablespoonsdadawa
  8. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  9. 1 spoonsalt
  10. 2 cubesMaggi magic pot and 1 cube of royco goat meat

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pound the pepper, crayfish, half of the onion and dadawa together. Set aside.

    Slice the remaining onion.

  3. 3

    Wash the ugba.

  4. 4

    Peel the potatoes, cut into chunks, wash and transfer to a pot

  5. 5

    Add the chopped onions, pounded pepper mix, salt, seasoning cubes and 3 cups of water.

  6. 6

    Boil till potatoes are almost done then add the ugba and palm oil. Cover and allow to cook for another 5 mins.

  7. 7

    Add the sliced ugu leaves, mix, check for seasoning and adjust where necessary.

  8. 8

    Turn off the heat and serve

  9. 9

    Enjoy.
