Ingredients

  1. Goat meat
  2. Pepper,salt,Maggie,onion and curry
  3. 250 gramflour
  4. 80 gramssugar
  5. 2 teaspoonyeast
  6. 1 teaspoonnutmeg or Cinnamon
  7. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  9. Water 200 mil(warm)

Cooking Instructions

    In a big bowl sieve in ur flour and salt den mix den grate ur nutmeg into it or add cinnamon if that's wat ur using..

    Den add ur sugar,pepper,yeast and mix all every well den add ur 200mil water..mix well and cover it and put under sun or in a warm area and leave for 30mins if its a good yeast if not leave for an hour. While that us happening attend to ur meat.

    Wash ur goat meat and put in a pot den add pepper,salt,Maggie,curry and onion.. Add water and leave to boil....

    Wen meat is soft take out...u can store d stock to use for Sunday rice cooking or any orda cooking....

    Put ur G.oil on fire wen hot.. Add ur goat meat and fry wen a bit brown and not dry take out and put in ur sieve...

    After an hour or 30 mins wen the puff has risen...put G.oil on fire wen hot bring put ur puff from d warm place or under sun so it doesn't deflat back to its previous size....using ur finger dispense barter into d oil in bits and fry till not sides are evenly brown and take out.

    Serve warm with a chilled drink or with tea....
