Soak the rice,methi,urad dal separately for 5 hrs.

After that grind in wet grinder one by one so that it becomes fluffy.

Keep overnight for fermentation.

Take a bowl and add 2 tsp dosa batter and add some water with salt add keep aside.

Now take a non stick frying pan and put 1 tsp dosa batter and spread dosa batter round.

Add ghee turn upside down.

Sambhar:-

Add dal and all veggies in a cooker and boil it for two whistle.

Mash this boiled mixture and set aside.

Now soak tamarind in hot water and after few minutes sequeeze this and add this water in boiled veggies.

Now take a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and saute.

Add garlic paste in it and mix.

Add boiled veggies in it and saute for 3-4 min.

Sprinkle sambhar masala in it.

Serve yummy does with sambhar and also with nariyal chutney.
