Cooking Instructions

    Wash meat, stock fish add onion and seasoning to cook

  2. 2

    Cut ugwu leaves, wash and strain

  3. 3

    Blend pepper onion n tomatoes

  4. 4

    Make paste with egusi and water

  5. 5

    Fry tomatoes n pepper paste for 8 minutes

  6. 6

    Add meat stock and egusi allow to cook

  7. 7

    Add beef, crayfish and stock fish. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Add ugwu leaves and cook for 2 minutes only

  9. 9

    Your egusi soup is ready. Can be taken with tuwon shinkafa
