Cut and boil fish with onion,royco seasoning,curry,salt.fry the pepper and tomato paste in vegetable oil untill the colour darkens but keep stirring it as is frying.

Pour in the fish stock and fish,add salt,royco seasoning,curry and after ten minutes is ok.
