Ingredients

  1. Minced meat 1/2 kilo
  2. 3Attaruhu
  3. Onion 1 medium
  4. 3 cubesMaggi
  5. Salt enough(enough to taste)
  6. Spices of your choice
  7. Flour (hand scoop)
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Mint (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Kebab sticks,i cut them into two equal halves.

    Add salt,maggi,mint leaves,spices and little flour to my minced meat and mix well,i add the flour for it to be sticky.

    I scoop and mold into oval shapes,put in the stick and dust with flour.

    Coated with egg

    And fry both sides in low heat so that the meat will cook from the inside.
