Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice(soaked)
  2. 3/4 cupurad dal
  3. 2 tspmethi/fenugreek seeds
  4. as neededwater
  5. as neededsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the rice, methi and urad dal separately for 4-5 hours.

    After that grind in wet grinder one by one so that it becomes fluffy.

    Keep overnight for fermentation.

    Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp dosa batter and add some water with salt and keep aside.

    Now take a non stick frying pan and put 1 tbsp dosa batter and spread dosa batter round.

  6. 6

    Add ghee turn upside down.

  7. 7

    Hot hot dosa is ready to serve with Sambhar.
