Boil the gizzard before frying it and the plantain, put and empty pot on heat, add groundnut oil, add sliced onions, let it fry, then add the pepper mix, let it fry, then add the curry and thyme and the seasoning cube, salt. Then add the fried plantain and gizzard, let it cook, then add the green pepper, spring onion, cover and turn down heat for 3mins. Then drop from heat.
