Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 poundbeef, or any ground meat
  2. 1medium head purple/red cabbage
  3. 1/3 stickbutter
  4. 1/2 tablespoonssalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  6. 2/3chopped onion
  7. 2large carrots
  8. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  9. 2 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
  10. 1 tablespoonshoney

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil brown the beef

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and sauté till onions are half done. Add the butter and spices.

    Wash and chop the cabbage. Add to beef

  4. 4

    Slice the carrots

  5. 5

    Add carrots to the beef and cabbage stir well. Cover and cook 20 minutes

    When carrots are tender, add vinegar and honey. Serve I hope you enjoy!
