Ingredients

  1. Beef
  2. Onion
  3. Green pepper
  4. Garlic & ginger
  5. Ground Cumin & blackpepper
  6. Chilli pepper
  7. paprika powder
  8. Scorch bonnet
  9. Soy sauce
  10. Hot sauce
  11. Ketchup
  12. Oil
  13. Seasoning
  14. Beef stock
  15. Corn starch slurry to thicken

Cooking Instructions

    Cook beef with soy sauce and onion till tender.

    Dice veggies

    Heat pan and add oil. Then put garlic ginger paste and onions. S
    paprika powde rautee for few minutes and remove.

    Then add black pepper, cumin and green pepper.

  5. 5

    Add little oil and pour beef. Then stir fry for few minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients.

    Add Seasoning and pour little water. Cover and bring to a boil. Then add cornstarch or flour slurry to thicken. And let simmer for 1 minute.add Ketchup

  7. 7

    Serve with rice, spaghetti or potatoes.
