Ingredients

  1. 1Fresh fish
  2. 2 cupsesam
  3. 1 cupngolo
  4. Fresh crazy fish
  5. 1sizable onion
  6. Fresh pepper
  7. 1/2 spoonPalm oil
  8. Offor _optional
  9. 2knorr cubes
  10. Salt
  11. Uzuza leave

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Stem the fish with onion,maggi and little salt for taste and allow to boil for 5 min

  2. 2

    Pour 1 lit of water to the pot depending on the size of ingredient you r using allow to boil.add your crayfish,palm oil,pepper and allow to boil for 15 minutes

    Add soup thicker (offor) optional put the stem fish,fresh crazy,ngolo and esam allow to boil.

    You add knorr,salt and allow to cook for 10 mins and add the uzuza leaf.The soup is ready to be served
