Fluffy Milk Doughnuts
I wanted to make doughnuts that used milk. This is something I learned how to make a long time ago.About the timer setting..When you first put the dough in, hit your timer. Once two minutes have passed, turn them over and hit your timer again. Doing this makes sure that both sides have the same even color. For 10 doughnuts. Recipe by jelwee

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata

Brownie Style Doughnuts
I wanted to make a brownie style doughnut by adding walnuts to chocolate doughnuts, which children love.If you don't have a large heatproof bowl, melt the butter and the chocolate in a small bowl, and then combine that with the other ingredients in another bowl. Recipe by Hokkori-no

Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts)
I have attempted so many bread type doughnut recipes. I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these! You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil. So please control the amount of moisture in the dough. I increased the amount of butter to give it a richer taste. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by narimi mama

My Version of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
I tried many different combinations to make these and finally arrived at these Krispy Kreme-style doughnuts.Shaping them takes practice! At first I tried over and over to make them. They will be slightly wonky, but that is proof that they are homemade!Of course you can use butter or shortening instead of margarine. If you use unsalted butter or shortening, increase the salt to 4g.In step 3, I used a small amount of flour. Hint of Cinnamon Baked Sugar Doughnuts
I do not like doughnuts.I just wanted to put that out there right off the bat. In no way do I like doughnuts. They do nothing for me. To me, they are greasy and very heavy. That is, until I tried Apple Cider Doughnuts and doughnuts from Doughnut Plant on West 23rd Street in the New York City. The doughnuts there are a work of art. I highly recommend them.Recently, someone suggested to me that I should try baked doughnuts. Supposedly, they are not greasy and heavy, since they are not fried. As usual, I picked and chose ingredients from different recipes to make them the way that I like them, since I am so picky. My wonderful & beautiful wife and I bought some doughnut pans and came up with this recipe. At first, I was skeptical if I would like them, but I really do like them. They are so good.As my wife suggested, this recipe is a great starting point. We can use this as our basis and go from there. I hope that you enjoy them as much as we do.These doughnuts make a dozen 4 inch doughnuts.Enjoy!

Baked Doughnuts
These are simply so good and just as delicious as fried doughnuts. This is a keeper for all your doughnut cravings and they go well with pretty much any toppings or stuffings. They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients. Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality.

Potato Doughnuts 🥔🥯🥳
One of the favorite desserts for both adults and children, let's call them doughnuts, rings, or fritters, they are uniquely delicious, soft, and tasty. They are especially made in February, during Carnival time, but also throughout the year. Made in the evening, they can replace dinner when accompanied by a nice glass of milk or simply your favorite drink. Shall we get baking?

Authentic 'Mister Doughnuts' Baked Doughnuts
My favourite treat is doughnuts! After lots of trial and error, I managed to mimc the taste of Mister Doughnuts! Unfortunately, when I originally tried cooking them in my 2 silicone doughnut trays they didn't work at all (The above picture shows what happened when I took them out of the tray. It was too late, and they didn't come out as nicely as I wanted.)They are very soft freshly baked, so if you are using a silicon tray, let them cool for a little bit before removal. Let them cool properly, and they will have a really smooth surface. By the way, I used a metallic tray.Use a ripen banana for ultimate results. Recipe by Aoisakana

Super healthy Egg & Dairy-free Doughnuts
My expecting sister said, "I want to eat some doughnuts."However, the popular bakeries nearby didn't good doughnuts. So I made them by hand!! They are safe, easy, comforting and delicious! That's how this recipe was born. All you have to do is mix everything together in circular motions and that's really about it. Just knead the dough, shape it, fry it, and before you realize it, they are done. It's really fluffy. You can either shape them or make them into twists. Recipe by Ponyotojiji
