  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. as requiredWater
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add suji and curd mix it well.

    Rest for 10 minutes.

    Now add salt and water for perfect batter.

  4. 4

    Add baking soda or eno fruit salt and mix well.

  5. 5

    Heat idli cooker and direct fill up idlis and steam atleast 12-15 minutes.

    Check with knife if it comes out clear then idlis are ready.

  7. 7

    Now, enjoy idli with sambhar or coconut chutney.
