Put some water in cup and add your 1tbs of sugar and your yeast stir and allow it for 5mins.add your milk to your Luke warm water and stair

In a bowl add flour,remaining sugar,egg, milk water,nutmeg,and your active yeast that has proof.mix together to form a dough

After u form a dough add the 3tbs of butter and kneel for 15mins until smooth and soft.cut it into 12 medium size and roll with some butter. Allow it for 30mins to double it size and put your middle finger to form the ring dount

After that fry your oil in a medium heat and fry the donut until it’s golden brown and coat it in a sugar.
