Loving this soup,my sister and kids came visiting for easter holiday, i wanted sometime different and she remained me of this soup.One of our favourite back in the days,it brought back memories and the children loves it.

Loving this soup,my sister and kids came visiting for easter holiday, i wanted sometime different and she remained me of this soup.One of our favourite back in the days,it brought back memories and the children loves it.

Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 1cksp Ofor
  2. 1kilo Meat
  3. 2cksp grinded Crayfish
  4. 5 piecesFresh pepper
  5. Salt
  6. 2wraps Ogiri
  7. 1Small onion
  8. 1/2 cupPalmoil
  9. 2Stock cubes
  10. 8 piecesCocoyam
  11. 2Smoked fish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the cocoyam,peel and pound.Boil the meat season with salt,onion and stock cubes.When is well cooked,pour in palmoil and more water.

    When is boiling mould the pounded cocoyam in balls and add boil for some minutes.sprinkle in the ofor stir and keep boiling untill is thickens.

    Blend and add crayfish,pepper stir very well add ogiri,smoked fish and salt.Leave it to boil for some minutes and ofor soup is ready.

    Fufu or pounded yam goes best with this.😁
