Potato Casserole

Cooking Instructions

You first cut the potatoes and bring to boil and add 1tbsp of salt. Allow to cook. Then put aside.

Cut your onions,green Chilli and carrots to desired size.

Add your vegetables to a pan. Add oil to the pan a some onions and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the vegetables you've cut. Then add your garlic and ginger paste. And your chilli powder.

Fry your vegetables for 5 minutes then add your cooked chicken. Then add your seasoning and fry for 3 minutes.

Then you can add your boiled potatoes and add a little water and close the pan and wait till the water almost dries up. Then you can add your green pepper.

Your Potato casserole is done. You can eat with rice or boil egg and eat it like that.
