Cooking Instructions

    Wash and marinate the meat and boil until its tender

    Slice the cabbage and set aside

    Scrap the carrot and cut into smaller pieces

    Dice the meat

    Blend the scotch bonnet, tomatoes and onions

  6. 6

    Put a clean pot on fire add the vegetable oil, when hot add the blended mixture and fry

  7. 7

    Add the diced meat, garlic and curry powder cook for 3 minutes

  8. 8

    Add the carrot, green beans, chopped onions, sliced cabbage, seasoning and salt

  9. 9

    Stir for 5minutes and remove from the fire

  10. 10

    Serve with your rice or yam
