Paneer in palak (spinich) with shahi greavy

An Indian greavy in beautiful aroma.
Cooking Instructions

Heat a pan put ghee,let it hot.add chopped onion pink it.

Add all whole spices,saute it 1 minute.remove it from the flame.

Put these fried things in a mixture grinder.grind it,make a fine paste.

Now same pan add oil,let it hot,add çumin seeds,let it crackle ginger, garlic paste,saute it.

Add onion mixtures,stir it.add tomato,cook it 2 miniutes.

Add all powdered spice,mix it.sprinkle some water.

Add spinach puree,saute it 2 minutes.

Add curd mix it.

Add Almond paste,mix it.add 1 glass of water.let it boil.

In a pan put some oil or ghee,roast a little paneer pieces.

Add paneer pieces,mix it.slow the Heat.

Now add cream,let it boil.add salt mix it.remove the flame.

Serve it in a bowl,it can be use any time of meals.
