  1. 1 cuppalak (spinach) puere
  2. 1 cuppaneer cut in triangle
  3. 1 cuptomato puere
  4. 1/4 cupcream
  5. 1/2 cupcurd
  6. .whole Spices___
  7. 1Green cardomam
  8. 2clove
  9. 4black pepper
  10. 1Bay paper
  11. 1 Tsppoppy seeds
  12. 1 Tspgaram masala
  13. Powdered spices__
  14. 1 Tspturmeric powder
  15. 2 Tspcoriander powder
  16. 1/2 Tspchilli powder
  17. For gravy___
  18. 1onion chopped
  19. 1 Tspginger paste
  20. 1 Tspgarlic paste
  21. 1 TspCumin seeds
  22. 2 Tspalmond paste
  23. 2 Tspoil
  24. 1 Tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan put ghee,let it hot.add chopped onion pink it.

    Add all whole spices,saute it 1 minute.remove it from the flame.

    Put these fried things in a mixture grinder.grind it,make a fine paste.

    Now same pan add oil,let it hot,add çumin seeds,let it crackle ginger, garlic paste,saute it.

    Add onion mixtures,stir it.add tomato,cook it 2 miniutes.

    Add all powdered spice,mix it.sprinkle some water.

    Add spinach puree,saute it 2 minutes.

    Add curd mix it.

    Add Almond paste,mix it.add 1 glass of water.let it boil.

    In a pan put some oil or ghee,roast a little paneer pieces.

    Add paneer pieces,mix it.slow the Heat.

    Now add cream,let it boil.add salt mix it.remove the flame.

  13. 13

    Serve it in a bowl,it can be use any time of meals.
